Skis are shoulder width apart and knees bent. The grab is on the inside edge towards the ski tip. Grab the right ski with the left hand or vice versa. If you mess this one up your bound to find yourself in critical condition or lonely in some ski lodge. At the apex of your air, tuck your knees up, reach down and grab the opposite ski with your opposite hand (right ski with left hand or vice versa) on the inside edge in front of the binding. With your free arm, reach out and above you to maintain balance. Release the grab and land.
