First time Ski buyer need help!

Hi, just a few questions. I consider myself somewhere in between a beginner and intermediate. I can get down the blue hills without a problem. I'm looking to buy skis since I go about 5-8 times a season I think it's time that I invested in some skis.

I don't really have a big budget but I was looking at these skis with the bindings.
On Sale Sierra TT1 Skis Mens 2012 - Skis, Downhill Skiing Equipment, Gear 8946sitt112

Question 1: Are those skis decent for beginner - Intermediate downhill skier?
Question 2: Are bindings easy to install? I've installed snowboard binding before, it's probably not the same.
Question 3: Are all boots compatible with all bindings? If not can someone link me to some boots that are compatible to those bindings in the above link. (Again I'm on a budget). I prefer to spend less than $200 on boots if possible!

Thank you in advance!
