Question Need A Video Camera!

What's the best amateur helmet camera to use? I am completely clueless about this type of technology. I just want something with quality video and something that is not going to fall apart when I fall on my ass. I have looked at a few so far... does anybody know anything about the VholdR?

Hey HalfPipe, I just recently got a Vholdr and took it out with me to Mammoth for a few days for a ski trip... It's definitely a high quality camera that is worth the price tag! The video quality is great (640x480, 30 fps) and it's made with fall- and crash-proof material (carbon fiber, aluminum, rubber) so you won't have to worry about it when you take your spills. It's a good thing it has a 180 day warranty, because I plan on going snow crazy this winter!

And just so you know, while doing some holiday shopping I saw it on amazon for $299 (usually runs for about $350). Here's the link: VholdR Wearable Camcorder (Black): Electronics

Good luck!
