Ok, so i fucking love skiing, I'm British so I haven't been that much just about 6 weeks altogether probably, I can ski piste and pow pretty decently, and i've been watching movie after movie of freestyle skiing. Last spring I went skiing for a bit and did a few jumps, nearly landed a 360 but kept on falling over the second I landed, it was off like a 4ft kicker so maybe it was jsut that there was not enough air time, but i dunno, maybe that's complete bullshit.
The problem is that

A) I find it fucking hard to commit to the jump
and B) I can't control myself when I'm in mid air I get all butterfly-ey, like it literally feels as though im doing the complete thing wrong and I don't feel there's anyway that i'm gonna get used to it.

I'm goin skiing for 5 months this season (If i get the job) and so I need a few tips.
Does everybody feel the same way when they are starting out?
