Does anyone here have a certain weekly workout. I was told that when you are skiing recreational, you should have a weekly workout. You are to log in your workouts event. Like how many miles you skiied etc. I would assume that it this is to help gain your skills.
I am not sure of a specific workout, but a basic strength training and cardio workout would increase performance and reduce the risk of injury
