I just worry about keeping upright on the skis! I have not tried to do any acrobatics at all, I don't see myself doing that!

Are you serious? See those are the reasons why I don't do all that extra stuff because I am so afraid to get hurt or break something. Well I have broken my nose but I'm not into hurting to learn.

Yeah, I attempted a sideflip, I tried landing on my arms, but my right elbow just twisted and I found out in Hospital it was fractured.

you basically Go off the jump, rotate to almost back flip and add a twist, kinda like a corksscrew. its a lincoln + a 180. you can try throwing ur right arm over your head to the left and your left arm around your back to the right and spinning with it. its hard to explain, just try it. if you sit in front of a computer askig people but never have the guts to try it youll never get anywehere. dont let fear get to you.
