I am new to ski touring and I would like to get something that will help me grow, but won't end up as garbage in 2-3 years time [taking into account that it can be damaged].

175,male,60kg

I have settled for Diamir Eagle, now the skis would be the question:
I am looking at the following :

1) BlackDiamond Guru 2009/2010 162cm
2) Head Alpinist 75 (no wood core, so the last choice)[163 cm]
3) Völk Suluk 163cm

All of them are similar price so technically speaking which should i choose and why. Any other advice on another pair of skis would also be of great help.
