Hi everyone.

I've been skiing for quite a while now, but have only recently bought my own pair of skis.

I do not know too much about them.

I have Blizzard skis and Head boots. In the manual, it says that before I go skiing the boots and the bindings must be checked by a HEAD technician in the stores.

I bought my skis and boots from a regular sporting equipment store, and boots and the bindings have been adjusted by the technicians there.

Is it really necessary to go to a HEAD store to check the boots and bindings? Is it really that hard a job that a technician from a regular store can't do but a HEAD technician can?

I'm planning to go skiing next week, so if anyone knows anything about boots and bindings please help me.

Late reply considering you went skiing weeks ago now! but you wouldnt really need to take the boots back to a Head technician and to be honest you dont really need to get them checked anywhere, you could do that yourself by doing them up, check the buckles and wobble around in them.
