I am 5'10 and about 195 lbs. I am brand new to skiing. I haven't taken any lessons yet but was able to get down some small trails on ski rentals without too much trouble. I am looking for long term skis for trail skiing and learning mountain skiing. No fancy tricks or anything like that.
I happened to find these K2 Disorderly Skis on a huge clearance and snagged them because I thought they might be the right size based on my 5'10 height (I got them in the 159 size). What do you think?

Also, I got these Salomon N610 B80 bindings:
Salomon N610 B80 Alpine Ski Bindings from Skiessentials.com
If I tak the bindings and skis to the local ski shop, are these bindings suitable or compatible with the skis?
And now I need to get boots. What kind of a boot do I need to get for these bindings? What price range am I looking at for used boots?
I have a 9.5 shoe size. I tried on a 28, which seemed to fit fine. But after I completely loosened it, I could tell that there was a little space between the back of my foot and the back of the boot. I guess that I need a 27.5, but they didn't have it on clearance.
