I am hoping that someone can point me to a location where I can buy some parts for some older Tecnica TC1 boots. I need heel plates as well as what appears to be the padding between the shell and the heel plate. It is made of the same material as the plate but is a separate piece. I think that I can get a heel plate at tecnica's website as they have an identically appearance part listed as 04 Heel TC AVS but I see no location for the other piece I need.

If nothing else can someone at least tell me the name of the other piece I need so I can speak intelligently to some repair shops. I would just go to a shop but the nearest one is about 8 hours from home.
