Sorry for this being so basic, but I want to get more into cross-country skiing and I need some equipment.

I have some nearby classic trails, and some groomed trails perfect for skating.

I don't plan on doing any racing. Just basic stuff for fitness.

What kind of ski would I look for if I want to be able to some of both?
