Have you ever ordered something online...and the only thing they had to get right was the color...and they screwed that up?!? This just happened to me and I'm kinda pissed about it.
I ordered a Northface backpack from China (why china...it was a $120 bag for $60) which was available in several colors. So, I emailed them to confirm I was ordering the RED backpack, which they did confirm w/ an image of the RED bag. Two weeks later when the package arrives I open it to find a bright ORANGE backpack...what the F.

Now I have to deal with returning a backpack to China just to get the correct color bag I ordered in the first place.

Well, after many emails and trying to decipher exactly what was being said...it sounds like they will be sending me another backpack at no charge to me. Yep, 2 bags for the price of 1. I said they could have the orange bag back, but I would not pay return shipping as it was not my mistake...and they said to simply keep it as a gift.

Now let’s just see if the second bag they send is the correct color.
Should be here late this week or early next week.

Thats a nice little deal. Maybe they will get the color wrong again and you can have three Now you just have to figure out what to do with the extra backpack.

Yea, I guess it worked out to be a sweet deal...(2) $100 backpacks for 60 bucks.
Although, it did cause me a lot of stress and frustration. I received the replacement item just 2 days ago, and now I finally have the red bag I ordered weeks ago.

It was a hassle, but I guess I can't complain too much...

P.S. A second bag in the wrong color may have pushed me over the edge
