Weather in Verbier has been crazy this week, have you ever heard of too much snow? even ski lifts were being closed down. Skiing will be back on as normal in a few hours I hope so I can get some morning skiing then it's back to Val d'Isere. Some resorts look a bit empty at the moment.

Whats the weather like in your resort?

I am in Courchevel and mad here as well. Gone from nothing 3 weeks ago to loads and loads of snow. Put down around 15 cm lower down this morning and more forecast.

Hi Skiing Bug, I hear you can't get anywhere without putting on snow chains. Also the snow has blown over to Italy now & they have several avalanche warnings out, drive carefully

Think everywhere has now had loads of snow. Just been up on the mountain boarding for a few hours and best snow we've had here in years! Roads now clear at moment but snow forecast again for rest of week but with rain under around 1000 metres.
