New England Suggestions Sought
I am looking for recommendations on New England ski areas. I am looking for one with of course decent skiing, but just as important, I would like to find one that has a "ski village." That is, I would like one where things are pretty well contained with lodging and lifts plus shopping, relaxation and recreation in one "walkable" area.
My wife is not a skier but she suggested that we go somewhere like this. She'll relax by the fire, shop or hang out while I ski. Suggestions?
