Two heli-skiers lost their lives to an avalanche in British Columbia, Canada, earlier this week.

What a sad news. I hate it when I read news about fellow skiers dying due to an act of nature.

this makes me think about this nature channel show I saw a while back about tracking avalanches and trying to predict them.... Its much like predicting tornados but I think there is MUCH less warning time involved. I just wish there was a way to save all those people...
