Copper opened the nationally ranked Catalyst Terrain Park today with two jump lines, multiple rails and a new park payout for the 07/08 season. Construction on Catalyst’s largest jump line and other features continue this week.
* Copper’s Catalyst Terrain Park is an official Snowpark Technologies (SPT) Terrain Park for the 07/08 season. SPT and Copper are working together to develop, design and build Copper’s Catalyst Terrain Park, Main Vein Superpipe and the other parks throughout the mountain.
* For the third consecutive season, Copper boasted the first Superpipe opening in North America. Copper’s Catalyst Terrain Park and Main Vein Superpipe will host the Suzuki US Freeskiing Open and USASA Nationals in 2008. Copper’s Eagle Jib Park is also open at the top of the American Eagle lift with boxes, rails and others jib features.
