Hello, friends! Who skiing in places called Manali, Kufri, Shimla? Please share some information about skiing conditions there? Are there lifts? Are there working? How many slopes? etc. I am going to come there this February and can't decide which place to chose.

I actually started looking into a skiing trip to a couple of those places but I don't know the history there so you posed a good question.

I am not entirely familar with thos areas. Are they safe to ski or are they somewhat hazardous areas?

Kufri is a tiny hill station located 19-kms from Shimla on the National Highway No.22. It has a Himalayan Nature park and close by is the Indira Tourist Park with HPTDC's Cafe Lalit. Indira Park provides some great views of the nearby places. When me and my family went went got to enjoy a pony ride throughout teh hills. It was beautiful and I enjoyed it much. You can also try out some water sports even though I thought personally that it was way to cold to do be involved in that type of activity.For some, it's a pleasurable time.
