Duke, Friedman Second in Europa Cups
Bryon Friedman (Park City, UT) and Hailey Duke (Boise, ID) made a sweep of the second place podium spot Wednesday in Austria. Duke, in Schruns, was second in a slalom and Friedman, in Patscherkofel, finished the same in a downhill.
The finish marks Duke's fifth podium and Friedman's second podium in a Europa Cup.
The women now head to Altenmarkt-Zauchensee, Austria, for a downhill and super G, while the men compete in another downhill in Patscherkofel on Thursday.
