Default Cousin of Bode Miller Kills Policeman

The Olympian Online has reported that a cousin of skiing star Bode Miller fatally shot and ran over a policeman, then was killed by a passer-by who grabbed the policeman's gun.
Bode's cousin, Liko Kenney, was pulled over for speeding on Friday night, 11 May 2007 by policeman Bruce McKay. Kenney took off in his car and was pursued for 1.5 miles until McKay pulled his cruiser in front of Kenney's car and pushed it off the road.

Kenney then shot the policeman four times, then ran over him with his car.

The passer-by, Gregory Floyd, who was driving by with his son, grabbed McKay's gun, then shot the 24-year-old Kenney when he refused to put his gun down.

Wow, that passerby (Floyd) should be admired. He saw that a cop was shot and he stopped to help when he could've kept driving and not put himself and his son in danger. He should definitely be admired.

Except he will probably end up in jail for manslaughter. Unfair, but probably the way it will go down.

I agree, he was brave. I hope he wont have to serve any time though. He isnt guilty of manslaughter in my opinion, but will probably go to jail for it. Anyone have any updates on this?

I also think it is sad that the only reason anyone knows about this is because it was Bode's cousin. It is too bad that when you are a professional athlete, your whole life becomes public, even your cousin's. I will research and see what I can find about an update.
