Moscow Site of Night Aerials
MOSCOW, Russia (Mar. 1) - The FIS Freestyle World Cup takes a spin Saturday in Moscow. A huge scaffolding covered with snow will be the site of the sport's first big city aerial show. Over 30,000 spectators, including Russian President Vladimir Putin, are expected.
Over US$2.5-million was spent on the venue, located near a university. The event is being produced by Moscow's New League Sporting Club and is expected to be seen nationwide on live television.
