Question What kind of bindings are these?

I've been searching for an answer for too long. I have no idea what type of binding this is, and more specifically, what type of boot I need to work with this binding?

TIA

I'm new to the sport as well and my skis (a set of Kahrus that I found at my parent's house) have the same binding. I believe it's called the old SNS binding (or old Salomen). From what I can tell, the main difference in the boot is that the metal bar sticks out in front of the boot, rather than underneath the toe. You'll need some boots which look like this: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...sns-bottom.jpg

I don't think anyone makes them anymore, so you'll have to do some digging around to find some.
