Removing or adjusting NNN T3 Binding

3pipes Junior Member Join Date: Jan 2009 Posts: 1	Removing or adjusting NNN T3 Binding I recently bought some cross-country skis with Fischer T3 Auto NNN bindings. When the shop put the bindings on, they put the heel plate back a little too far for my liking ? Does anyone know how the heel plate on these bindings is fastened to these skis ? Is the heel plate glued on or screwed in place ? Thanks Jon
