I was in Evansville for 2 years 07 and 08, went to USI. I wasn't a big fan of the city, I'm sure most of that is because I'm a country boy and all the people around me, and no land of my own, bugged me to death. The traffic didn't help either.
Not the volume but the slow drivers on the Lloyd expressway (if I remember correctly), I understand safe driving but 5 to 10 mph under isn't safe. Other than that it was great, my favorite place to go was the Garden of the God's over in Illinois, that place is just specular!
