Happen to watch Steep (the movie) and now am I all set that I need to go heli-skiing in Alaska (never been to Alaska/ never heli-skied).. so need all of your recommendations...
Also have made a deal with myself that i will do it once and never again (cause of the cost)..
Here are some of the questions:
* best time to go - recommendations so far are for late Feb/early Far - true or?
* best place to go - Valdez seems to be on the top of the list but can find some slighly cheaper options for Heins, Cordoba, etc... Do you think it is worth going after THE most famous place or should I consider others as well..
* when booking should I go after the "all-inclusive" or shld I go by "pay-by-vertical-mile"
* if i go after Valdez (or even after the other places...) - how do I decide which one is the best service provider .. how do I pick them? (tried Trip advisor but almost nothing there)...
Any recommendations.. wil lbe very much welcomed...
