use a racer tuck!!! Here are the most important points you should remember!!!
1. IF you are a novice this is not for you. There is nothing worse than the dreaded pizza wedge gaper tuck, with the poles sticking up.
2. The poles should not stick up in back.
3. Dont lean too far forward
4. Do this on a trail that preferably does not have crossovers, as these could be dangerous
